Day 12 - June 17 - Ridgefield, CT to Abington, PA

It was a beautiful stop in Ridgefield CT as we were greeted by the members of the church to send us off to our final concert night. We were given treat bags for the road and we were off.

Jacob read our daily devotional.

and of course there were shenanigans on the bus. Terry couldn't be more proud! Madi army crawled down the aisle to tie shoes to each other and to the seat backs. Then Marysia and Madi decided to hang a bunch of shoes from the over heads while many Ringers were sleeping.

We had 2 stops on our way to Abington PA, the first stop was Frenchtown NJ for lunch and some town wondering. The Pear and Brie grilled cheese was a huge it so many at the Chez Daniel. There was a lot of really cute stops along the way.

Then we were off to Malmark Bellcraftman in Plumsteadville, PA where we toured the factory where many of Bells and Chimes were created it was so fun to watch the ringers learn how much time it take to create 1 bell and how 30-40% gets scraped because the sound isn't right. Some of our Tinks players were excited to see the smallest bell and our Base Row was excited to see the largest bells. I was a also fun to be able to play in the ringing room and both CP and Molly directed the Ringers in a song. This stop was a highlight of Tour.

Bass Row checking out the Big Bells and Tinks checking out the Little Bells!

We arrived at the church at 4 o'clock and began to unload the bus.

We had a pot luck dinner with the members and community of Abington PA.
We played our final concert on the East Coast and it was a wonderful concert.

Its always fun to talk to the Audience when the concert is over, Especially if there are Teens your age at the concert!

Its always nice to see someone you recognize either from home or from on the road.
