Wesley Bell Ringer 2017 Summer tour - DAY 6 - Rancho Palos Verdes California to Prescott Arizona - Thursday June 15th, 2017

As The Wesley Bell Ringers leave Southern California, Holden put together a quick video of some of the experiences so far.  I hope you can open it (first time blogger posting first time video!)

Day 6 was a bus day from Southern California to Prescott Arizona & it was a much needed rest for everyone.  Has anyone seen the movie The Founder?  Well, if no - watch it.  If you did, then you will appreciate our first stop of the day.  A quick stop off the freeway in San Bernardino is the original McDonalds, once the site of the burger place the McDonald brothers created.  In a partnership with Ray Kroc, the chain grew, unfortunately for the founders, not to benefit them in the long run.  This spot is now the McDonald's museum & The Wesley Bell Ringers got a quick tour of this great find.  Thanks Emma & Mady for getting us there!

You never know what  you might see on a bus day.  Today you would have seen a whole bunch of SLEEPING.  These kids were tired & took advantage of the downtime in hopes to be refreshed for the concert later in the evening.  Here is a snip of a day in the life on the Wesley Bell Ringer bus

Ed giving Pamela a lesson in the bus craft.  How many of you were lucky enough to have this time with Ed?

Sleep happens...

These two! Bobbie & Ella

Sleep tight Marko
Well deserved sleep, Katie
When she isn't serving up snacks or working, Anna sleeps.

This was the first opportunity The Wesley Bell Ringers have had to play for an audience at The Prescott United Methodist Church in Arizona & they were given a warm welcome from a crowd of more than 100.  Another opportunity for the ringers to play for a church with a hand bell choir & many "retired" ringers, The Wesley Bell Ringers put on a fantastic show.

Great welcome for The Wesley Bell Ringers

Day 6 AND they were ALL smiling!!
