The Wesley Bell Ringer 2018 Summer Bell Tour - Day 3 - Mitchell South Dakota

After a great first concert & the opportunity to participate in Sunday service in Rapid City, it was time to get back on the bus for a half day travel to Mitchell South Dakota on the other end of the state.  Due to the later start to the travel day, the activity between South Dakota & Mitchell consisted of a quick stop at the "world famous" Wall Drug for a bite to eat & a few photo opportunities.  Notes have already been made that next time The Wesley Bell Ringers travel this way again,  at least a half day needs to be scheduled at Wall Drug because it is truly a site to be seen.  The choir took advantage of the bus time today to catch up on the remaining sleep lost due to the overnight bus ride & all were grateful that the AC on the bus was working at full capacity!

In addition to the late start, The Wesley Bell Ringers moved in the Central time zone today, losing a valuable hour to set up & practice; however, keeping up with the theme of BE GOOD, this choir was ready for a 7pm start & sounded incredible, even without a warm up practice.

Look mom's we are eating healthy.  There is fruit!

Ed was so impressed by the pasta salad at Rapid City that the recipe was requested.

Today the drive was a whole bunch of this....

Ride 'em cowgirl!

Kelly making a new friend.

Mitchell First United Methodist Church, Mitchell South Dakota.

Playing in a sanctuary dating back 100 years is always a treat.

Like a proud papa bear, Ed is never too far from The Wesley Bell Ringers.
